Nothing like a good zombie movie that’s also public domain. 1932’s “White Zombie” holds up surprisingly well, given the 80 years since its release. The audio’s a bit rough, but the Haiti-based story of zombified slaves is still chilling. A perfect Halloween film.

Even better. Vincent Price in ‘The Last Man on Earth’ is also free. Ok they are vampires but its still a great film for its day.

We love that one too, Pete. Was posted in a Hulu link a while back on this site, but I know it’s out there on a number of other video sites, as is the original Night of the Living Dead.
